My appreciation for food began at a very early age. I recall looking though my mother’s cookbooks and attempting to make pasta at the age of 7.

My culinary career began at Sizzler at the age of 15 when I served as line cook. Although I did not pursue a career in the food industry,  my skills and experience grew, so did my love for cooking and my passion  for healthy eating.

My wife Kelly and I started a journey 4 years ago that would change our lives and hone our cooking skills.  With Kelly’s certification in nutrition, my love of the kitchen, and our combined passion for eating, we are a dynamically delicious duo.
